无人认领样品/产品销毁公示

Public Notice on Destruction of Unclaimed Samples/Products

为规范我司（银行卡检测中心）样品管理，保障客户信息安全、节约仓储资源，杜绝废弃样品造成的安全隐患与环境影响，依据相关认证机构关于样品留存期限之规定，现就我司无人认领样品/产品统一销毁事宜，公示如下：

To implement sample management standard, protect customers’ information security, optimize storage resources, and eliminate potential safety risk and environmental impacts caused by abandoned samples, we (Bank Card Test Center), according to the regulations and requirements on sample storage period of relevant approval authorities, hereby issues this public notice regarding the centralized destruction of unclaimed samples/products as follows:

一、公示范围

I. Scope of Public Notice

本公示所指无人认领样品/产品，为2017年12月31日（含）之前，已在我司留存且未按规定办理认领手续的各类样品，主要包括但不限于测试样卡、POS终端、检测样机及用于支持检测项目建设的相关产品等。

The unclaimed samples/products referred to in this notice are those retained by our company  on or before December 31, 2017, for which the collection procedures have not been completed in accordance with regulations. These mainly include but are not limited to test sample cards, POS terminals, testing equipment, and related products used to support testing project development.

二、认领期限

II. Collection Period

如需认领，请于自本公示发布之日起30自然日内（即自2026年4月28日起至2026年5月27日止）联系我司并按本公示所列认领方式办理认领手续。

A collection period of 30 calendar days is provided from the date of this public notice (from April 28, 2026 to May 27, 2026).

三、认领方式及所需材料

样品所有人可通过以下两种方式办理认领手续：

Sample owners may complete collection procedures through the following two methods:

（一）现场认领

(I) On-site Collection

•    认领地址：北京市石景山区实兴大街30号院18号楼一层

Collection Address: 1st Floor, Building 18, No. 30 Courtyard, Shixing Street, Shijingshan District, Beijing

•    办理时间：工作日 9:00-17:00（法定节假日除外）

Business Hours: Weekdays 9:00-17:00 (excluding statutory holidays)

•    所需材料：

Required Documents:

1. 加盖公章的《样品领取委托书》（模板可从我司网站下载）

1. "Sample Collection Authorization Letter" with official seal (template available on our website)

（二）邮寄办理

(II) Mail-in Collection

外地客户或不便到场者，可选择邮寄方式办理。请将上述材料邮寄至以下地址：

Customers from other regions or those unable to appear in person may choose to complete the procedure by mail. Please send the above documents to the following address:

•    邮寄要求：请使用快递邮寄，并在快递单上注明「样品认领」字样，材料须于认领期限截止前送达（以签收时间为准）

Mailing Requirements: Please use express delivery and mark "Sample Collection" on the package. Documents must be delivered before the deadline (based on receipt time)

四、销毁说明

IV. Destruction Statement

认领期限届满后，我司将委托具备国家法定资质的专业销毁机构对所有未认领的样品进行统一、彻底销毁，确保销毁过程全程可追溯、可监督。本公示仅说明样品/物品销毁相关事宜，不披露任何客户个人信息、样品关联敏感数据及客户身份信息，严格保障客户信息安全，杜绝信息泄露。

Upon expiration of the collection period, we will entrust a professional destruction agency with national legal qualifications to conduct congregate and thorough destruction on all remaining unclaimed samples, ensuring the destruction process is fully traceable and supervisable. This notice only addresses matters related to sample/product destruction and does not disclose any customer personal information, sample-related sensitive data, or customer identity information, strictly safeguarding customer information security and preventing information leakage.

五、特殊情形处理

V. Handling of Special Circumstances

•    无法按期认领：因不可抗力等特殊原因无法在认领期限内完成认领的，请于认领期内与我司联系说明情况，经核实后可适当延长认领期限。

Unable to Collect on Time: If you are unable to complete collection before the due date due to force majeure or other special circumstances, please contact us within the collection period and  explain the situation. Upon verification, an appropriate extension may be granted.

逾期未认领且未与我司联系说明情况的，我司将依法依规完成销毁，不再另行通知，由此产生的一切责任由样品所有人自行承担。

Samples that remain uncollected after the deadline and for which no contact has been made with our company will be destroyed in accordance with laws and regulations without further notice. All resulting liabilities shall be borne by the sample owners themselves.
