3.Procurement Requirements:
Location: Downtown Singapore (ready-to-use office).
Specifications: 6 workstations; area: 20–30 sqm.
Lease term: 2 years.
II. Qualification Requirements for Qualified Suppliers
1.Must be legally registered in Singapore (provide latest BizFile).
2.No consortium bids, subcontracting, or outsourcing permitted.
III. Obtaining Procurement Documents
