Bankcard Test Center (BCTC) was authorized by People’s Bank of China (PBOC) in April, 1998. It provides both technical test for bankcards and terminals, according to the related international, national and financial specifications, to verify that the bankcard products meet those specifications, ensure their interoperability and the transaction safety.
     BCTC is now a national laboratory accredited by CNAS, a special test laboratory authorized by AQSIQ for Financial Tax-control POS, and an EMV test laboratory authorized by EMVCo. Nowadays, we are capable of providing the following tests: PBOC2.0 Level 1 and Level 2 tests for cards and terminals; EMV Level 1 and Level 2 tests for terminals; PED security test; account information security scanning and evaluation; PBOC2.0 IC card network access test;  bankcard issuing system security test; specification and technology training; policy, business and technical consulting services for overseas clients.
     When serving for Chinese financial industry, we also develop more testing projects and provide high quality service to customers like Sinopec, Petrochina, China Mobile, and China Unicom actively.
